I only had the pleasure of knowing Steve for the past two or three years through my involvement in the youth section at Worthing FC. He was, genuinely, one of, if not THE nicest, kindest, most helpful people I've ever met. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve, his advice was always wise and accurate - he was just an absolute diamond. He will be missed enormously - people with his energy, compassion, wisdom and kindness are sadly all too rare. RIP Steve, you legend.
